30-Day Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
EU Customers: Customers in the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.
